Our Story

Owner Bevan Jones initially founded the business in early 2014. From the business’s humble beginnings, Pink Carat now remains Adelaide’s only jeweller where traditional handmade techniques are at the core of what we do.

We love creating bespoke custom designed jewellery with you to help you find or create that perfect piece. Each piece of jewellery we make is lovingly handcrafted, using our 150 years of collective experience in the jewellery industry.

Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?

Yes, all Pink Carat pieces are covered by our 12-month Pink Carat Guarantee on manufacturing and workmanship.

This guarantee covers any manufacturing faults and remains valid when your piece is inspected by us every six months during the guarantee period. Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.

Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery?

While most pieces on our online store are part of our curated collections, Pink Carat also offers a custom service for our clients. Please visit our website for more information.

How do I know which ring size to choose?
