At Pink Carat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, ethical values, and accessible luxury in mind. We want to make your experience with us as seamless as possible while ensuring you can shop with confidence.

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer returns for eligible products purchased within Australia. You may choose to return your item or opt for an exchange. Please note, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges and returns to ensure the continued quality and service we provide.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewellery must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & in Original Condition:
    The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • Return Request:
    The return must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your jewellery reaches us safely. Please note that we do not take any responsibility if the piece goes missing on its return to us.

Please note that, due to the bespoke, made-to-order, and personalised nature of some of our pieces, these cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any custom orders, engraved items, or jewellery made specifically to your request. For more information, please read below.

How to Return or Exchange Your Jewellery

  • Submit a Return Request:
    Submit a return request through our contact page within 7 days of receiving your jewellery.
  • Package Your Return:
    Carefully package your item in its original condition and secure the jewellery in its packaging.
  • Send It Back:
    Post your jewellery back to us with tracked shipping. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
  • Processing the Return:
     Once we receive your item, our returns team will review the condition of the jewellery. If the item meets all conditions, we’ll issue a refund (minus the 10% re-stocking fee) or initiate your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Personalised, bespoke, or custom-made jewellery (including engraving or custom designs)
  • Ready-to-wear collection items that have been modified from it's original size as made aware in the product details. 
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (including sample or archive sale pieces)
  • Items that have not been lodged within the 7-day return window
  • Items returned without their original condition or packaging

If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, we will send the item back to you.
