Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. All orders are sent via a tracked and insured service to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the item. Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within a few business days, while made-to-order and bespoke jewellery require additional time for crafting. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.  

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over a certain value. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery if applicable. 

Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider. While delays are rare, we recommend using the tracking details provided to monitor your order. If you experience any issues, please contact our concierge team, and we will assist you in liaising with the courier.

For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection from your nearest post office.
